… my online form was cut off at the bottom before the submit button appeared. I changed the magnification of my screen from 125% to 100%. THEN I saw the submit button! I have now submitted my poem ...

If that does not work for you, please email your poem to hippocrates.poetry@gmail.com

If you do email your poem, please put on a cover page your name, contact details, and the title and first line for each poem. Your poem entry with its title should be on a separate page, with Young Poet noted at the top and without details on that page that would identify you.

8. You can return to your entry after you have submitted it, if you wish to edit the text.

*** To check that your submission has been successful, after you submit your entry, go to the top of your submission page. You should see  a link allowing you to edit your submission. Clicking that link will tell you the entry you have just submitted. Please bookmark that page as a ‘Favourite’. If you wish to return to edit your submission, you can do so by returning to that bookmarked page. If you have not saved the edit page, please resubmit your revised entry on the main online form and add the word REVISION to the top right of the poem’s text box.
